For comparison
One seat at an interviewing school
A typical three- or four-day interviewing school runs $470–$515 per seat, and $655 per seat, before travel, lodging and the shifts covered while the officer is away. A Member seat is $400 for a year of practice at the officer's own pace, with a debrief after every conversation.
Published open-enrollment tuition. Case File doesn't replace a school; it's the practice between them.

Questions
What departments ask
Why one officer at a time on the trial?
The face is the expensive part. During the trial, faces are on for one officer at a time; if a second officer starts while one is running, they're asked to try again in a few minutes. Department plans let multiple officers run scenarios simultaneously.
What counts as an hour?
Time in conversation, from the knock to the end of the run, rounded up to the minute. Reading the call sheet and the debrief is free. A run is never stopped mid-conversation; when a department's hours run out, the next knock says so.
Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes. Ask for an invoice and we'll set the account up by hand while it's processed.
Who can see an officer's runs?
The officer, the department's coordinator, and us for support. Nobody else. Transcripts and recordings belong to the department.
